Example project
Delivered in 5 business days
A company had recorded its best trainer on a video call. It was good content, but nobody watched 50 minutes to the end, and there was no way to tell who had.

How it worked
You send the content. We build it out. Here's exactly what happened each day.
01
You
The recording and slides arrive. On a 15-minute call we agree on what learners must be able to do afterward.
02
Us
We identify the key content and send the script and knowledge check for your approval. You reply “yes.”
03
Us
We cut the original footage to match the script, clean up the audio, add titles and build the module.
04
Us
The knowledge check goes in at the end, captions are added, and the module is packaged as SCORM and tested.
05
Done
You click through it once, we make your changes the same day, and it's ready to upload to your LMS.
Average project: 5 business days. Most start as a PowerPoint deck of 30–50 slides. Larger projects get a clear timeline up front.
The difference
The expertise was already in the recording. What was missing was focus. By identifying the essentials and scripting them first, then cutting the original footage to match, 50 minutes became 15, with a knowledge check and a record of who completed it.
Captions and a transcript made it usable for people who can't play audio at work or who learn better reading.
