Instead of conducting live Zoom presentations for each new hire, Omar now only needs to do it once. His LMS team set the SCORM file as the first mandatory task that employees must complete upon accessing the LMS. With the SCORM module, knowledge checks were added at key points throughout the session to ensure new hires understood the material. We even integrated a form within the SCORM file, allowing Omar to gather additional information from new hires, which gets sent directly to his email.
